Teresa Naughton began work with LifeWorks in 1993, becoming the Executive Director in 2007. Responsibilities held at LifeWorks include direct care, program management, special projects management, program leadership, human resources, and administration. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and is a Licensed Bachelor of Social Work. Prior to this, Teresa worked at Boys Town in Nebraska as an Assistant Family Teacher and as an Education Trainer in its National Training Center.

Kristie Miller has been the Residential Director for LifeWorks Community Services since 1997. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and is a Licensed Bachelor of Social Work. Prior to her employment with LifeWorks Community Services she worked at the Jasper County Care Facility in Newton, Iowa for six years as a social worker and a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional.

Curt Duffield began working as Vocational Director at LifeWorks Community Services in 2007. Prior to his employment with LifeWorks, he worked in management and administration at the Humboldt Workshop and Residential Services for 18 years. Curt is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and is a Licensed Bachelor of Social Work.
